Christine Gurnik is a skilled organization development consultant, advisor and facilitator with deep expertise in leading HR functions such as talent management and strategy development. Her experience includes over twenty years of working with all levels of leaders, business professionals and teams in a wide range of environments including government, manufacturing, engineering, international and start-up businesses. She specializes in helping clients achieve their business objectives by improving individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.
Before starting her consulting practice, Christine held leadership positions in multinational Fortune 500 companies as a generalist, specialist and consultant. She has managed large scale process and systems implementations from the analysis and proposal through design and implementation. Integrating talent initiatives across the employee lifecycle is her specialty including effective assessment models, talent review process, and organization capability analysis. Christine is adept in working with a wide range of cultures, having consulted with clients in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
